RVRPA User Agreement

Acceptance and scope

This agreement governs your use of the RVRPA website, member account, currently offered reading and PAC platform-point features, and Article contribution or other member services where the website expressly makes them available. The Privacy Agreement separately governs personal-data processing.

Features that are not enabled—including future author monetization, cash payment or receipt, PAC on-chain or redemption mechanisms, and other future services—are not made available merely because planning, code, or documentation refers to them. Applicable conditions must be shown before activation.

Publishing a revised agreement alone does not create a new versioned acceptance record for every existing member. If a feature later requires version-specific acceptance, that requirement applies only after the corresponding acceptance flow is actually enabled and presented to you.

Account, eligibility, and service boundaries

Provide accurate information and protect your account, sign-in information, and device access. Your account is for your own use, and you must use the services in accordance with applicable law.

General membership, Article contributor access, Affiliate status, Partner status, activity-proposal access, and reading eligibility are determined under separate rules. Obtaining one does not automatically grant another status, third-party benefit, compensation, or income.

Article access, contribution, and publication

Published Articles may include public content and restricted content based on membership, other eligibility, or PAC platform-point access as shown on the page. You may access restricted content only while you satisfy the displayed condition; an Article that is formally unpublished is no longer provided for formal reading.

Article contribution follows the eligibility and workflow actually made available in the member center. Applying, submitting, or having a submission adopted by OWNER does not guarantee approval, publication timing, continued publication, traffic or exposure, and does not automatically grant Affiliate or Partner status, PAC, compensation, or other income.

OWNER review may return or adopt a submission under the existing workflow, and only OWNER controls formal publication and unpublication. Copyright licenses and other author-specific rights or duties are governed only by a separately presented contributor agreement or submission terms; this agreement does not create unsettled licensing or revenue-sharing rules.

Content and intellectual property

RVRPA-owned content, interfaces, and materials are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Unless expressly authorized otherwise, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use or view them and may not copy, distribute, sell, license, modify, or otherwise exploit them without permission.

Third-party content, exchanges, videos, and external services may have their own terms and rights restrictions. A link, embed, or data display on RVRPA does not mean that we obtained or grant rights beyond the rights actually available to us.

User duties and prohibited conduct

Do not access accounts, the website, systems, or other user data without permission; impersonate anyone; submit false or materially misleading information; distribute malicious code; bypass security or reading controls; disrupt the services; or otherwise use the services unlawfully.

Do not upload or submit content that infringes third-party rights, discloses private or confidential information without authorization, is fraudulent or spam, or otherwise violates published platform rules. Do not manipulate review, referrer, eligibility, or PAC records.

Platform review, restrictions, and takedown

RVRPA may limit an account or feature, return a submission, stop publication, unpublish content, or remove access when there is a concrete operational, security, technical, legal, third-party-rights, or platform-rule reason, in proportion to the issue. Existing Article review, withdrawal, return, archive, and unpublication flows continue to follow their own rules.

Platform decisions are based on specific rules and reasons rather than a blanket 'final interpretation' claim. Matters that the existing workflow allows you to correct or resubmit are handled through that workflow; review and security records that must be retained remain subject to applicable rules and law.

PAC platform points and future services

PAC is currently only an RVRPA in-platform point and ledger unit used for rewards, eligibility, platform-recorded ledger movements, or content access expressly shown on the website. PAC is not cash, a deposit, fiat currency, a stablecoin, or a freely tradable investment product, and it does not promise cash redemption, external market value, appreciation, fixed return, or income.

Any future author payment or revenue sharing, cash payment, wallet, USDT, or PAC on-chain mechanism requires separate applicable conditions and any necessary acceptance flow when the feature is actually enabled. Existing technical preparation or planning does not itself create those rights.

Service changes and liability boundaries

Services and content are provided as actually available. RVRPA does not guarantee that services or content will always be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, complete, or fit for your particular purpose, and may adjust services for operational, technical, security, or legal reasons.

Material agreement changes should identify their version and scope. Whether fresh acceptance is required depends on the affected service and applicable law; necessary acceptance procedures are not replaced merely by continued use. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Disputes and contact

For questions or disputes about your account, Article review, content access, PAC records, or this agreement, contact reversalpatterns@gmail.com with enough information to identify the issue. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, or other secrets that can directly access your account.

RVRPA will handle inquiries and corrections using the service records and rules then applicable. This section does not limit any complaint, cancellation, damages, or other remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
