Information only and market risk

RVRPA Articles, learning materials, strategy explanations, price-action analysis, economic and activity information, exchange data, and author market views are provided for general learning and information. Markets, regulation, third-party data, and activity terms can change; content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, timely, profitable, to produce any particular return or outcome, or to avoid loss.

Whether to trade, how to allocate assets, whether to register for or use a third-party service, and whether to take any other action are decisions you should make independently based on your objectives, risk tolerance, and current information.

No personalized advice or regulatory safe harbor

General content is not personalized investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and does not mean that RVRPA places orders for you, manages your assets, or represents you in transactions with third parties. Calling content informational or 'not investment advice' does not make conduct unregulated when applicable law requires a license, registration, disclosure, or another condition. If a future feature triggers such a requirement, the requirement must be satisfied before activation; a disclaimer cannot replace it.

Author responsibility and material rights

Authors and contributors are responsible for factual statements, citations and sources in their submissions and for having the rights or permissions needed for images, video, trademarks, and other material. They must not impersonate another person, and member, author, or qualification information submitted to the platform must be truthful and authorized for their use.

When sponsorship, compensation, gifts, rebates, commercial relationships, or other interests could affect a reader's assessment, the author must clearly disclose them when required by applicable law or platform rules. A public byline or nickname does not remove these responsibilities.

Platform review boundary

RVRPA and OWNER perform publication, eligibility, and platform-rule review of submissions; review may cover format, identifiable rights or disclosure issues, and suitability for publication. Adoption, publication, editing, or recommendation does not mean that the platform has independently verified every market fact, forecast, investment thesis, or third-party claim, and is not a guarantee of accuracy or profitable results.

Return, correction, unpublication, and suspension

Under published rules and for concrete operational, security, technical, legal, third-party-rights, material-misleading, or undisclosed-interest reasons, RVRPA may use the existing workflow to return a submission, request correction, stop publication, unpublish content, or limit or suspend Article contribution access. A disclaimer does not make fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement, unauthorized content, or other prohibited material acceptable.

Commercial relationships and editorial recommendation

Commercial relationships, sponsorship, paid exposure, invite-code or rebate interests, and other benefits are separate from RVRPA's editorial adoption or recommendation decisions. A commercial relationship does not mean editorial endorsement, and editorial adoption or recommendation does not by itself mean a commercial relationship. Where disclosure is required, the actual labeling or disclosure mechanism available at that time must be used; commercial-label or cooperation workflows that are not enabled must not be described as existing.

PAC and future paid features

PAC is currently only an RVRPA in-platform point and ledger unit. It is not cash, a deposit, fiat currency, a stablecoin, or a freely tradable investment product, and it does not promise cash redemption, external market value, appreciation, fixed return, or income. Plans for author monetization, paid content, commercial revenue sharing, cash or USDT payments, wallets, or PAC on-chain or redemption mechanisms do not create a present right to compensation, revenue sharing, or income merely because they appear in planning, code, or documentation.

Liability and non-waivable rights

You are responsible for your own trading, asset-allocation, and third-party-service decisions and should understand that market losses can exceed expectations. RVRPA sets the responsibility boundaries above only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and it does not release the platform or any other person from responsibility for conduct for which the law requires responsibility.
