RVRPA Author Agreement

Copyright and publication license

Authors retain the copyright they lawfully hold in their original work. After you submit an Article and RVRPA adopts it, you authorize RVRPA, while the Article remains formally published, to review it, keep necessary technical copies, format it, publish and transmit it, and make it available to readers who satisfy the applicable access rules. This is a non-exclusive license and does not transfer your copyright to RVRPA.

The publication license itself does not automatically create an author fee, platform revenue share, PAC, cash payment, or other compensation. A separately approved commercial collaboration or other program is governed only by the eligibility and terms actually shown for that program at the time.

Formatting, SEO, translation, and excerpts

To publish and help readers discover an Article, RVRPA may make formatting changes that do not change the core meaning, create or adjust SEO titles, summaries, and taxonomy metadata, prepare translations or localized versions in supported languages, and use the title, thumbnail, and reasonable excerpts on RVRPA sites and RVRPA-controlled social or promotional placements to introduce and link back to the formal Article.

Material changes to the Article's core claims, factual conclusions, or author position remain subject to the existing OWNER editorial, review, and republication workflow. Search-engine indexing, Google or AI search ranking, traffic, exposure, and reader conversion are not guaranteed.

Sources, social display, and rights in materials

Authors may reasonably cite data sources, research, public documents, and necessary short excerpts and should preserve enough information to identify the source. Authors may also share the formal Article link, title, public thumbnail, and reasonable excerpts in personal social or portfolio displays, but may not use that permission to republish body content that is restricted by membership, eligibility, or PAC access.

You are responsible for having the rights or lawful basis needed for text, images, video, trademarks, data, and other materials you submit. Impersonation, plagiarism, fabricated sourcing, and unauthorized materials are prohibited.

Invite codes, external links, and commercial content

Do not insert private exchange invite codes, referral links, unlawful links, or unapproved commercial calls to action through Article body text, URL shorteners, hidden redirects, QR codes, or other methods that bypass platform settings, including commercial diversion to competing or other external services. Ordinary source links, reasonable citations, and the social display permitted above remain allowed.

When the editor explicitly exposes the author custom invite-code tool, you may use it subject to the tool and your current eligibility. For Contributor Articles, the current per-exchange routing order is an effective Article temporary override, the author's currently eligible permanent Affiliate offer, the reader's upstream chain beginning with the direct referrer and excluding the reader, then RVRPA Official. The current default duration for a new temporary override is 30 days from first formal publication; OWNER can set that default from 1 to 365 days and can extend or terminate an individual override through the existing workflow. Expired, terminated, or otherwise invalid overrides fall through to the next route. Article suspension or a stale Author Agreement blocks new Article writes but does not by itself terminate an already-published temporary override that still satisfies its time, status, and active-Member checks; a permanent Affiliate offer is re-evaluated against current Affiliate eligibility, active offer status, and the exchange UID binding. RVRPA does not guarantee registrations, referral commissions, or income from any invite code.

Undisclosed advertising, sponsorship, gifts, rebates, or other commercial interests that could affect reader judgment must not be presented as an ordinary Article. If RVRPA separately and explicitly approves a specific commercial collaboration Article, it remains subject to the disclosure, link, and labeling rules actually enabled for that collaboration. That exception does not create a general right to direct readers to commercial services.

Prohibited content and platform review

Do not submit fraud, impersonation, plagiarism, knowingly material misrepresentation, unlawful content, unauthorized materials, or content intended to bypass existing Article restrictions. Authors remain responsible for their factual statements, citations, rights in materials, and required disclosures of relevant interests.

OWNER may use the existing workflow to return an Article, request corrections, adopt it, publish it, or formally unpublish it, and may restrict or suspend Article contribution access for concrete platform-rule, rights, security, technical, materially misleading, or undisclosed-interest reasons. Article suspension affects only the Article contribution overlay and does not automatically cancel other Member, Affiliate, or Partner status. Existing appeal entry points may be used for Article rejection and Article suspension.

Exit, unpublication, and existing reader access

Losing or leaving contributor eligibility does not automatically unpublish an Article that OWNER has adopted or formally published. Before adoption, your own draft, pending submission, and returned source continue to use the existing delete, withdraw, or archive lifecycle. An adopted or published source currently cannot be deleted or withdrawn directly by the contributor; formal unpublication is performed by OWNER.

A fixed author-requested takedown period, compensation, withdrawal fee, or other special takedown right has not been finalized, and this version does not create one. After formal unpublication, RVRPA currently stops providing formal Article reading even to readers who previously held membership, eligibility, or PAC access. PAC purchase reversal or refund policy after unpublication remains unresolved and is not promised by this agreement. Necessary private submission, review, audit, and evidence records continue to follow the existing privacy and system contracts.

Current capabilities and unavailable compensation

Current author capabilities that can be verified include the contributor editing tools, Article formatting and SEO support, opportunities for on-site exposure, and preserved system-resolved author attribution plus a shareable Article page after formal publication. Any exchange author invite-code capability depends on the member's current eligibility, exchange binding, Article state, and the active resolver rules. A broader public author profile or aggregated portfolio remains subject to later actual release and is not promised by this agreement.

RVRPA platform author fees, platform revenue sharing, PAC cash redemption, and other platform author monetization are not currently live and do not create a present income right. Any external referral commission or benefit that may arise from an existing exchange invite code depends on the author's actual exchange or Affiliate eligibility and external terms; RVRPA does not guarantee an amount, duration, or outcome.
